hellohello. lesson was as short as 3omins for POA &proceed to Indoor Sport hall to attend a event the so called, quit smoking event ? some participate in games &we won some shades was damn embarrassing when they shouted out my name as i was the first one to text the answer given by kimleong . &i've won a shade too ;D

it was so scary at first laaa/ but fun . legs&hands kept shaking till it shake the rope too. woah that was a disaster to me was stucked for a few seconds don't have the guts to walk nothing to hold on to balance but after the encourging by friends i manage to walk the log &walked another rope and done (:
